A Jungle Paradise at Tren Maya Tulum Our stay at Hotel Tren Maya Tulum, nestled in the heart of Jaguar Park, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Complimentary transportation from the Tren Maya station made our arrival seamless, and the warm welcome—with a refreshing drink and cozy seating during check-in—set the tone for a truly luxurious experience. Immersive Jungle Design The hotel’s architecture is stunning, blending beautifully with the surrounding nature. Elevated walkways and bridges wind through lush greenery, making you feel like you’re part of the jungle. Our room was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and offered a perfect balance of comfort and style. Top-Tier Amenities & Service The pools were expansive and pristine, with attentive staff always nearby. Dining was a highlight—every dish was a delight, combining rich local flavors with international flair. Not once were we disappointed by the food. Concierge Excellence The concierge team went above and beyond, organizing a memorable excursion to a nearby lagoon and staying in touch throughout to ensure everything ran smoothly. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly helpful and made us feel like VIPs. From bedtime turndown service to bell staff coordinating our departure, the attention to detail was remarkable. Room for Improvement If we had one suggestion, it would be to offer more affordable transportation options into the town of Tulum. Taxis can be expensive, so a shuttle or collective transport would be a fantastic addition. Final Thoughts Our experience was truly unforgettable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at any Hotel Maya property in the future. If you’re looking for a blend of nature, luxury, and exceptional service, this is the place

Our stay at Mundo Maya was truly above expectations. After a long and stressful travel day, we were welcomed with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They even extended the restaurant’s closing time so we could enjoy dinner calmly, which made a huge difference after such a long journey. The rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the overall experience exceeded what we expected. We are very grateful and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very welcoming staff since I arrived, delicious food and drinks. The hotel overall is 10 of 10, beautiful pools and luxury rooms; very good location in Tulum, you’ll have access to el parque del jaguar, Tulum ruins or beautiful beaches, you have everything there, brand new construction and only 15 minutes from Tulum city if you’ll like to explore more. I’ll definitely come back.

Great value for money inside the Jaguar park. The hotel is located in the jungle, it's very calm and relaxing. The facilities are great for hotel standards with a large gym and 2 large swimming pools. The rooms are very large. Positives: - 2 large swimming pools - large gym, great for hotel standards. That was - large rooms Negatives: - the restaurant is not great, I wouldn't recommend eating there - there can be a bad smell in the bathrooms - pillows are quite stuffy/large and uncomfortable. I called the room service to bring new pillows but they never came... Overall I wasn't sure whether I'd rate this hotel a 4/5 or 5/5. Since it's a great value for money, I'll still rate it a 5/5 but I think there's room for improvement. We enjoyed our stay here!

Service is excellent, rooms are very spacious and elegant but relaxing. The hotel is very new and impressive with its decor and raised passageways. Food at the restaurant is delicious, many local dishes available, they use seasonal fruit, and they bake their bread. Price is really good, surprisingly low for the high quality. Definitely recommend it.

Beautiful hotel, easy access to the beach. Just ask the concierge to take you to the Jaguar Park, it is a free service offered by the hotel. The park entrance is $7usd and it includes unlimited electric bus rides to all the beautiful beaches. I recommend El Faro beach if you just want to spend family time. There are like 3 more beach stops after el faro. The Park’s museum is also great. Don’t spend your energy walking, just take the electric buses. For $7 US is a no brainer. The archeological site is nice, but that is an additional cost. Up to you. Great service and very nice new resort!
